As a LeadershipCoach, my priority is to empower individuals and business leaders to take massive action to create breakthrough results as well as become their best version of themselves. I am a gap closer. I partner with my clients to develop the mindset, strategy and accountability to close the gap from where they are now to where they strive to be.<\/p>\n

What differentiates me is that I am one of a handful of women in the world to have run a marathon on all 7 continents, the North Pole, Mt Everest and Easter Island. I use my coaching methodology strategy, action results to help me cross the finish line of each event. By applying this framework along with my speaking, coaching, and training, you can accomplish goals even if they appear at first to be overpowering.<\/p>\n

Business Background<\/strong><\/p>\n

I am Owner and President of Coach for Success, a thriving Speaking, Executive Coaching and Leadership Development company. My prior business experience as a senior level leader includes an entrepreneurial achievement of integrating a Wellness Center into an existing medical organization. I also administered a multifunctional free standing Medical Clinic that consisted of family practice, ophthalmology, podiatry, urgent care and outpatient surgery center. I had oversight and fiscal responsibility to guide the enterprise to a positive financial status as well as favorable regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n

Educational Background<\/strong><\/p>\n

My educational background includes a Master\u2019s Degree in Health Services Administration and Bachelors in Medical Technology. I hold an HR Generalist Certification. I\u2019m certified by the International Coach Federation<\/a><\/span>, Coaches Training Institute<\/a>,<\/span> and Authenticity Consulting.<\/a><\/span> I serve as faculty for Capella University<\/a> <\/span>and Coaches Training Institute.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n
